The Horse Riding
Reaching the virus from an early age, riding is a part of my life. My mother has always had horses, and sensitized her 3 children so that we can follow her in her wildest adventures!
So I evolved with "Pirouette" in my garden, the pony on which I learned the basics. Then a new mare French saddle, Bantry who made me discover dressage then the CSO, until the breaking of my own mare haflinger Highness of Dawn. My sister and I have done some training in club to pass our gallops.
The
equestrian endurance
Endurance is a cross-country race on horseback and in the wild, in which the goal is to travel a long distance: from 20 km to 160 km in one day, or 2 × 100 km over two days.
Since I was young, I dream of evolving in this discipline. This sport combines objectives, spiritual and mental strength, long-term training, respect for the horse, teamwork with assistance on the races and also a notion of control / self-control of the rider and his mount . It also represents the opportunity to discover the magnificent landscapes offered by our French territory, whether during training or racing. Equestrian endurance can be practiced individually or in teams, and is characterized by outdoor events run at compulsory speed or free on a marked route with veterinary exams validating the ability of the pony / horse to travel long distances.
In general, riding requires a good physical condition, an excellent mind, a strong motivation, and a fighting spirit!
Swimming
Water is life. The water is amazing in every way.
Swimmer at EPM (Manosque swim club), my favorite swim and competition is the breaststroke, in regional level.
Without doubt the most gentle sport for the whole body, it is very recommended in muscular / joint / ligament rehabilitation.

Hiking & Running
Man is a walker.
Walking is a key part of a physically active lifestyle that can contribute to well-being and health.
Derived in running to go faster and push the challenge.
Yoga & Fitness
Relaxation by gentle techniques is a way of uniting the individual with the principle of all existence.
Flexibility is also acquired through this type of exercise. These complementary activities allow a better muscle recovery after an intensive sports session.
Stretch every morning when you wake up, a habit to take but that pays quickly.
